Responsible Playing

PLAY RESPONSIBLY

At Carpatic Giveaways, our raffles and prize competitions are designed to provide entertainment and an enjoyable community experience. Whether you choose paid or free entry options, participation should always be viewed as a form of leisure and not as a way to generate income.

We are committed to promoting responsible participation and providing tools that help users stay in control of their activity.

Recognising Potential Warning Signs

You may wish to review your playing habits if you:

• View competitions or raffles primarily as a source of income.
• Try to recover previous losses by entering more competitions.
• Spend more time or money than you can comfortably afford.
• Borrow money or sell personal belongings to fund participation.
• Find it difficult to reduce, pause, or stop your activity.

Taking a Break

If you would like to take time away from participating, you can access the Safe Play section of your account. From there, you can choose a temporary break or request permanent self-exclusion.

Our Commitment to Responsible Play

We actively encourage responsible participation. If we identify activity that appears unusual, excessive, or inconsistent with responsible play practices, we may contact you to discuss available support options or account controls.

If you feel that your participation is becoming difficult to manage, we encourage you to use the responsible play tools available within your account and seek additional support where appropriate.
